Long-Lasting Performance Against Chemical and Environmental Challenges: Emay Smart 5R VS CTP

With its GRP (Glass-Reinforced Polyester) lower surface, it offers superior longevity and performance compared to alternative coatings in livestock barns, poultry houses, farms, and industrial facilities exposed to chemicals and acidic substances.

General Features
· Has a 5-rib, high-corrugation structure.
· Offers easy installation thanks to its external screw connection detail.
· The GRP lower surface prevents oxidation in chemical and acidic environments.
· Resistant to most solutions, salts, alcohols, and hydrocarbons.
· The upper surface is painted galvanized steel (PPGS) and the lower surface is GRP.
· The upper surface is available in PVDF, plastisol, polyester (PE) or PVC-film coating options.
· Provides high thermal insulation thanks to PUR/PIR insulation core.
· Does not absorb water thanks to its 95% closed-cell structure.
· Available with flame-retardant PUR core and high fire-resistance PIR insulation core options.
· Its design ensures long service life.
· Available in insulation thicknesses of 40-50-60-80-100-120 mm.
· Can be produced in custom lengths from 2,500 mm up to 13,600 mm.
